Ordering

PayPal, an eBay company, is a secure site for buyers/sellers to receive/send payments online and accepts credit cards and bank cards.

Simply select items you wish to purchase by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. When you are finished, click on the “View Cart” button. This will list all the items you have added to your shopping cart. Then click on the “Check Out” button. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information. You will then be taken to a page showing the details of your purchase. You will subsequently receive an e-mail receipt for your transaction confirming your payment and a copy of the payment details.
And that’s all there is to it.

Shipping

Items are shipped via UPS ground within the continental United States. We do not ship international at this time.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days and may expect to be received in 7-8 business days. If you have not received your package after 14 days, please contact us.

An 8.75% sales tax will be charged to all shipments inside of California.

Packing and shipping charges are calculated as follows:

Up to $24.99…………………$10.00
From $25 to $49.99……….$10.45
$50 and over………………..FREE

Guarantee

Every product is guaranteed to be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement. Item must be returned immediately in original packaging via UPS ground or U.S. postal service. Shipping charges will be reimbursed.

All products have a 30-day return policy. If you return any product within the 30-day period, you will be refunded your full purchase price less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Products must be undamaged and in original packaging.

If you wish to exchange merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us undamaged and in original packaging. Replacement items will be shipped to you at no charge providing they are of equal or lesser value.

Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be of a comparable item of at least equal value.
